Turmeric essential oil may be applied to the skin to penetrate through the follicles and sweat glands then to be absorbed in the body's fluids.  The oil may be diffused as well.  

Turmeric has many beneficial effects including:  Stimulating the immune system; accelerating toxin elimination; promoting new cell growth; stimulating digestion; stimulating blood circulation and supporting the body's natural healing processes.

It is a known anti-inflammatory. It has been discovered as an aid to arthritis and joint care by not only assisting with the inflammation but also as pain relief.  It may assist with muscle pain.

Turmeric essential oil has the capacity to fight against the free radicals in the body and act as an excellent antioxidant.

Excellent oil for wounds, eczema, wrinkles, acne, psoriasis, cuts, burns and other skin infections.

Will stain clothing, bedding etc. so good idea to cover with gauze after application.  May be blended with shea butter or coconut oil for easy application.
